Hollie Ober

Hollie Ober is a Finance Director in PepsiCo’s North America Shared Services (NASS) organization leading Service Delivery for the North America sector partnering with PepsiCo’s global finance and accounting business process outsource provider.  She is keenly interested in realizing the vision of transforming a traditional BPO relationship into a strategic partnership with collaborative projects, sharing innovations and ideas, and propelling both companies forward by leveraging each other’s strengths. Additionally, Hollie is responsible for the NASS Lean Six Sigma program.

Hollie started her career at PepsiCo in 1999 in information technology as an Oracle Financials developer.  She held several roles within the IT organization over a 6-year span that included software development and project management earning a certification in project management from Project Management International in 2005.  In 2006, she transitioned to PepsiCo’s shared services organization and held several roles leading accounts receivable teams including Frito-Lay’s top strategic customers and Quaker, Tropicana, and Gatorade’s full customer base.  She participated in several strategic projects including the creation of Frito-Lay’s warehouse delivery business and a global project for BPO provider selection.

Prior to PepsiCo, Hollie held various roles as a software developer in several companies including Lockheed Martin, Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, and Intervoice, Inc. primarily focused on financial and accounting systems. 

She holds a bachelor of science in Computer Science with a minor in Finance from Texas A&M University.
